What do I do if my order is damaged?
That’s a bummer! We’re here to help. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt and include your order number as well as a photo of the state in which your product arrived.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Please note that we are a small business. We kindly ask that you carefully check out our ingredient list and use the Virtual Try On feature on our product pages to check out how each shade in our palettes will look on your face and skin tone.
That being said, we want you to love your products! So if you’re not feeling 100% about the whole thing, let’s talk. Please email us at email@example.com and let us know how we can help.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
Whoops! We apologize sincerely for the mixup. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the products you did receive so we can resolve this mixup ASAP.
