Return Window
You can return your item(s) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
- Products must be in the same condition as you received them.
- Order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used cosmetics or skincare products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Items marked “Final Sale”
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days if approved.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Do you need a different shade or product? We’re happy to offer exchanges for eligible items within the 30-day return window.
How to Return an Item
- Please email us at hello@bakeupbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Pack your item securely and send it back using a trackable service.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
